No SPC Card with LOU LOU????

I did a search on here and could not find anything but I am positive that fellow SC'ers can help on this....

Chris got his renewal notice from Rogers today for his LouLou magazine at just $12 a year. Wondering if that included the VIP SPC card, he phoned the toll free number on the notice and the customer service rep (after checking with a supervisor) told him it was not being offered anymore????

Can somone confirm or deny this for us? The card was the only reason that he got the magazine in the first place and he was surprised not to have the offer repeated again. He would have gotten it if it was still offered as our Zeller's is not one of the iminent ones to be changed over to Target.

Any news on this one????

There was a thread about this awhile back. It isn't being offered again this year. I got my magazine today. They are offering a free watch instead. I don't think I'll be jumping on that offer!

This is very sad news. I got a lot of use out of my card. And bought groceries and gifts for family members who were ill, using this card.

I still have a watch that has lasted me years! The 10% off Zellers was worth it but I guess I will just have to live without it! No watch for me! LOL
