$10 off $50 purchase at SDM-must use CIBC Visa or Convenience Card - July 7-13

I was at SDM on the weekend and saw the cashier with a stack of promo cards. Here is what I could make out reading upside-down:

Promo period: July 7-13
Eligible people - must pay using CIBC "Convenience Card" or CIBC Visa
Promo: $10 off $50 purchase on eligible products (I assume it is the usual exclusions)
Taxes payable of full purchase before application of discount.

Oh, does not apply to US Visa or CIBC Corporate Visa cards.

I also got an insert with my Visa statement with this info.
