Glad I started couponing

So glad I decided to get into this, today was one of my biggest shops going place to place (still nervous to price match) and as I was coming into the house to bring my lovely haul in the house I noticed an empty advil container on the floor freaking out looking for our 3 month old puppy found her alive at least to get right to the point she ate over 20 extra strength advils so all this money I saved today didnt make a differance after i got the 1000.00 vet bill yikes and she isn't here for the night

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your puppy!!! I hope she is ok now!!! We have 4.5 month old puppy ourthelves (golden retriever)! He broke his leg 1.5 month ago by climbing a small shelf!! He had to have a cast for two weeks. It was a really hard time for all three of us. He has almost recovered already. We wish you all the best!!

p.s. my husband said a $1000 to pump a puppy's stomach sound far too high! Were there any complications?

Wow that's sad ....maybe they should make these container's pet proof just as they make them child proof .

Its hard for a child to open a child proof lid ..but a pet will just chew thru the whole bottle

We have her back now she is doing alot better now I can relax a little bit lol, our original vet was so great before we left to go home (she had to stay for the day with I.V) we got another estimate for almost 400.00 wow when we went yestday night to pick her up they only charged us $24.90 WOW I wanted to hug everyone in there, They said they knew we had a Thank you

The reason why it cost so much is because it was an after hour place, and they had to put her I.V and medications charcoal and such the funny thing is everything she got was less then the charges for the vet's and such. I actually didn't go over the bill until I read your post, lol
