After straightening out all my lost points to the SDM i went to, I'm ready to share my redemption. Did not go for a big item but instead I went for a combination of food and toiletries plus I included 2 newspapers that included Redplum inserts. I figured that way my food allowance for this week I can spend on other good deals at Zellers and Walmart. - more shopping

First bought a 25.00 GC to cover tax so got 250pts.
    My total receipt:

    237.07
-13.99 refund for BOOST (scanned for 13.99 instead 7.99 and got SCOP in the end)
    -------
    223.08
    200.00 80,000pts
-23.08 OOP paid with the GC which most of this is HST
    --------
    and total points earned 14520 + 250 (GC ) = 14770 ( yehey!)

Thanks to everyone for all the tips and links to the bonus points. You are all awesome. i love SC!

I could only do the $90 redemption, so I got myself the Wii Fit Plus I've been wanting. Including tax it cost me $14.99. I could have waited to save up 58 000 points but this got me my wii fit faster.

I did $90 redem and got two La Roche-Posay eye cream, two head&shoulder, and one Taster's Choice. It came up 3 cents short of $90, so I only paid the tax. Very satisfied.

While at the Shoppers, I noticed some Dermaglow products were on sale for 50% off or B1G1. Didn't pay attention which ones, but if you use Dermaglow, might worth checking it out.

I redeemed for $200, my first redemption where I reached that amount. I was so excited! I did a fair amount of pre-planning but my Shoppers didn't have a few things on my list, so when I got to the cash I was nervous...but I was just under by 50 cents! (I grabbed a chocolate bar). I had fun chatting to a lady in line with me about Optimum points - she didn't know about bonus redemptions! I let her go ahead of me because my cart overflowed and she said "Oh, I hope you have an optimum card for all that!" So I had fun telling her how all will be free and about bonus redemption days. She told me I was like "an extreme couponer". I ended up paying $15 tax...Anyway, HERE IT IS:

I have a question. I only have like 35,000 points.. I have not been shopping at all lately and missed the 20X point week..

Can I still exchange my 35000 points and get the bonus redemption?? Or do I need the 40,000 minimum to get extra $$$value..

I was planning on going today but I wanted to know first before I head out..<

You need to be at, at least 40000 to get the extra value. If you go in and do 2 transactions 1st with BP to bring up your total, you could get to 40000 today. Garnier products have BP, so do Johnson baby and don't forget all the BP coupons (scott towels etc) Good Luck!
WISHLIST**** Bread, crackers, Lactancia/Natrel Milk (2x2l or 4L reg) Frozen dinners (all types) Pampers Diapers and Wipes, Lactancia butter, Shake and bake......more in my "About Me" section.
