Our SDM had 1. I love the size of the coupon, extra easy to fit in my binder since I use business card inserts.

I saw 2 here last month at SDM, I was going to post about it but in NS we are so far behind everyone else getting things I thought it would be old news...lol. Did anyone else notice.....the name on our machine was Smart Source- I thought that was very interesting indeed

I see the odd one here and there. They are called 'blinkies' and often have a red blinking light (though not always). I think they are more of a pain than putting out a simple tear pad, but it's a neat idea.

I've seen quite a few around Burlington, but most of them don't appear to work as there is an opening at the top so you can just take them out, no dispensing necessary. That's how I accidentally grabbed 9 Bounty ones! They're so small & thin, that I reached up, grabbed what I thought was 2 or 3 and ended up with a handful.

They are old news....I first noticed them years ago, but they never last very long and they usually do not have very good coupons in them...plus the cost is much higher for the company trying to advertise their product.....tearpads are here to stay...

I think they should have a fingerprint scan right on it so it truly is 1 coupon per person.

Saw these at Zellers! They are a good idea but at the same time a lot of people pulled it and then left them on the shelf (I got about 10 just from the shelves!) They probably don't realize what they are, yank, and put it back. This could eventually be really wasteful and similar to the tearpad issue.

Those machines have been around in canada for years. Usually Dr. Sholles have their coupons in these machines. It's a first to see bounty in them.

Great idea! I saw one for Dr. Scholls.
I'm pretty sure there is someone out there with nothing better to do than stand there for hours to make sure they get what they consider their fair share of coupons!

LOL sounds like these might be more trouble than they are worth.
The LD near me has started leaving all the manufacturers coupons at Customer Service and you have to ask for one. That is worse even than the machines! Talk about over-reaction to pad-clearing.
