Hi I am new to the forum but have been reading everybodies post for about a month now. I really like smartcanucks website but there are still somethings I donot understand. It is about coupon policies in stores throughtout canada. I wish someone could set me straight about walmart and superstore policies. some superstores let you stack and others don't? what's up with that. can they do that? pick and choose? and some wm let you use rexall coupons, while others don't? I want to know my rights as a couponer and take things like this very seriously. Is it fair that some get great deals and others don't, "no" if one person is aloud to bring rexall coupons to a walmart we should all be aloud. :):):)
