I found some pretty awesome tear pad coupons today. I grabbed some extra so let me know if you need any

$1.00 off fresh meat with the purchase of 2 VH sauces
$1.00 off one Pam grilling spray

$1.00 on fresh vegetables with the purchase 2 VH sauces.
$1.00 off Kraft Parmesan shredded cheese

(I believe this has a different UPC then the other Newmans Own in a red plum a month bag)

.50 off any jar of Vlasic Pickles
.30 off two packages of kraft macaroni pasta salad

I found all of those coupons at Sobeys in Hawkstone!
The Welches one was on the floor, but I found them on the top of the Welches juice bottles. I only have one of these to trade since I only grabbed the one I found (I think its rude when people steal coupons right of the products)
example - The coupons on cereal boxes or on labels.
