Still New to this!
Hello all!
I would like to say thank you to all who put in the time and effort to make this an amazing place for all of us "new and old" couponners. I have been using coupons for a long time but never as much as I am now.
I am still learning the ropes, but getting there! My biggest thrill was saving $17.00 off my Walmart bill this weekend! Granted I still paid $79.00. I have read that some of you are able to save almost 50% (I can't wait until I can figure out how you do it!)
Again thanks and any hints would be graciously accepted! :)

hello  and welcome to SC!

As previously suggested - the BRAGS are great for sourcing deals
Also, check out your LOCAL section (or as Local as you can) for up-to-date deals!
Try to find others in your area who would like to go on recycle walks with you, and swap coupons. You'll find that your "deals" get better and better, as you begin to recognise true sales and have patience to wait out coupons for a better deal - It's like poker - You gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em, know when to walk away, know when to RUN! Best of luck to you!

Welcome to the group! Couponing is great. You get that shopping rush while saving money on things you need. Like you, I have used coupons over the years, but never took it seriously like I do now. It takes up a considerable amount of time, but according to the receipts, it pays off. Hey some people scrapbook, we coupon!
