How often are coupon sites updated?

I am a newbie here and I have been checking out and ordering coupons from the regular sites mentioned on the forum. I'm just wondering how often these sites (save.ca, websaver.ca, etc) are updated. I've noticed the odd coupon added or some hidden coupons uncovered but do these sites do a major coupon change each week? month? 2 weeks? just wondering thanks

I'm not aware of there being a set date, but it's usually about 4 times a year if I recall correctly. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, SCers!

I dont know either.. all I know is I go there once a week and click when it lets me click on whatever I need it will let me click on lol
