save.ca coupon problem???

I was really looking forward to using the cat litter coupon but as you can see there is no barcode?? walmart said they will NOT accept coupons with out barcodes so is this normal they're like that or was it a problem that accured?

They do have a upc code on them but no bar code.That should be enough?? :(
