max values on fresh wipes FPC?

I'm going through my receipt from walmart yesterday and I think she did a couple of FPCs wrong, I know she wrote the wrong amount on the ice cream fpc-even though I know I told her it was a $5 max- she only deducted $5 but put 5.47 in the box- not sure why since the price was 5.97
and the cottenelle fresh wipes, can someone tell me what the max on the cpn was?

and the max on the triscuits?
I don't have these any more so i can't check it myself

thanks - I was right, she deducted too much for them, now what do I do?
