I've been following this thread and all the stories (and bumps) being posted on it, and I just wanted to say I love the idea! I'm impressed by all the warmth and smiles being spread around by everyones actions! I haven't been out shopping recently, but when I go, I'm gonna keep my eyes open and see if I can help someone out with something in my as yet limited coupon inventory. I'll let everyone know when I do... :)

This is such a good idea! Nice to hear happy stories instead of some negative ones! Today I learned of a friend's daughter who is struggling with a new divorce and will be losing her appartment in june (it's beign converted to condos) and has nowhere to go, no help from the ex, and 3 small kids. I gathered up a bunch of info for her at work, got her numbers for people in Housing, and will be making a basket full of goodies to send home with her for herself and the kids. It makes me SO happy that couponing has allowed me to give like this! :) LOVE making people's day (or life) better!! Glad to see so may others are doing the same!

My best friend's son broke his toe...this is the third break in 3 years...I gifted her all kinds of tylenol....kid needs bubble wrap!!

Tons of real nice things being done by all of you SC's. I really enjoy reading everyday of everything that you are all doing. It's so fantastic. Today 2 of my daughters, 1 of my grandsons and I went for lunch. We had made the arrangements last week. It was my treat. When I went to pay as I was returning from the restroom, the lady told me that one of my daughters had already paid. What a nice little surprise for me! The said it was time to be their treat. It is really nice to be loved so much by your children. We had a wonderful visit and afternoon together.
