deal on couch/chair in Edmonton?

Does anyone know if there's a deal on couches and chairs in Edmonton? I'm looking for a sofa bed (non fabric, preferably faux leather for easy cleaning) and a love seat or big arm chair.
I welcome all recommendation. The last couch we got was from Ashley's furniture. I will not purchase anything from the Brick - had a really bad experience with them. Has anyone shopped at Leon's? Outlets?

Also check out "furniture alley" right off of St. Albert trail, there are several furniture stores there in close proximity so you can often find good deals.

Also check out JYSK, they have a lot of modern looking furniture for cheap, but I have never owned any personally other than a computer desk, which I am happy with.
