Yes it is, you are taking your chances. I have a connection with EPS and the popular location everyone loves will probably not get any due to complaints from people misbehaving when P&G and Brandsaver came out

In the Fort McMurray Today, Saturday Paper there was an article about couponing. It was just a commentary on the writers attempt to use coupons and she failed. (All she did was take the coupons from the SOF flyer B1G1 and went shopping). I almost sent a letter to the editor, explaining that couponing is worthwhile with a little effort.

Just thought I would mention it, in case you find it while dumpster diving.

btw, I was just at the dumpster and no sign of the papers as of 1:30pm. Will keep checking.

Just got back and nothing as of 3:30pm. hmmm seems we may be out of luck this time around but if anyone sees anything let us know here on this thread

Like is said, you wont see them there anyomore ladies. There were too many complaints after the last round last week. The source will not be using that recycling station anymore. Another fine example of people getting out of control and ruining a good thing for all

People were physically in the dumpsters at all hours of the day and night.. Many calls were made to police reporting suspicious activity. The source that was using that location was asked to find other meands of recycling and judging by the results posted here, the source has decided to comply. That's the info I have had relayed to me.
