Kudos to Save.ca!

Hey, just thought you all might want to hear my small but satisfying interaction with save.ca!

the "Kraft" promo coupons of this week, I had a big problem getting them to work (kept being told it wasn't authorized etc. I got ONE coupon to work then kept getting told the same thing even though I wanted the Kraft coupons so I could use them.

Anyway, so a pop up occurred for the promo to contact the save.ca support and after two days I got a response, basically they are sending me all the coupons instead of just the nabob one.

So Kudos to save.ca for taking a minute to read the email and offer a good support to one of their clients!

Wow, it looks like you are among the lucky ones. It seems like alot of people that email save.ca never get any response back from them.

i just received a generated email. sent another one. Tell u I wasnt a peach that time over all my frustration. Emailed kraft to. No email either.

Hey everyone, here is an email address or two you can use to get hold of someone at save.ca - they do respond after a while!

I had problems with my account, and after harrassing these guys for a while, they fixed me up.

I emailed them both about the vaseline fpc coupon and the johnson's fpc. I ordered both, but they both arrived with the rest of the coupons that I clicked, but not those themselves (the vaseline even had the big cardboard vaseline paper with it), and I contacted them to tell them neither coupon was there. They basically called me a liar, said according to the system it had been sent (when I even emailed them a pic of the coupons on the paper intact with all the other promotional coupons except the fpc).

I'm really glad to see they're at least helping some people!

I kept my email pretty short, and from what I can tell I think they are aware of the issue, I also emailed them from their own "problem" web page, so maybe this is what generated the response.

Not sure really, I just figured most companies are stable. I was giving them kudos because I figured they deserved them.

Kraft appears to have run a promotion and I wanted to grab all of the coupons offered since I use a lot of Kraft products!

They offered the dream whip and many other Kraft coupons, yet when I attempted to get them from save.ca all that was offered was the Nabob coffee..

Is there any way of obtaining the other coupons as well?

That was teh whole email, now, all I got as a reply was short and sweet, "We've included all the kraft coupons you should get them in 4-5 business days"

So, not sure even if I WILL get them yet, so lets hope I will get them, we'll see I guess if I get them overall, will keep you posted.

I emailed them telling them I didn't get the Enfamil coupon I ordered last time. They answered back that they are going to send it to me in the mail. I was so happy but when I logged on again in their site, I found out they adjusted my reoder period to 45days.

I had problems with the Majesta $5 coupon, they said it was ordered and should arrive, Never got it.

This one took FOREVER to get to my house, not sure why but it did eventually come. Now Im just trying to find a deal on Majesta so I can use it with the $1 off ones in a stack

Update: Nabob coupon received, but no other Kraft coupons. *sigh* maybe it was to good to be true, emailed them a second time requesting if they forgot or if it was coming in another email.

Update: After the mail post Save.ca did indeed come through! I received all the kraft coupons sent as promised, so Thanks save.ca!
