im pretty sure almost everyone is overloaded with shave cream ( at least I am from years of couponing, I give lots away every year but they seem to breed in my closet .. making little trail sized babies )
here is some other uses
CLEAN YOUR HANDS:
The next time your hands get dirty on a camping trip, save that hard-lugged water for cooking and drinking. Squirt a little on shaving cream into your hands and rub as hard as you would liquid soap. Then wipe your hands off with a towel.
PREVENT BATHROOM MIRROR FOG UP:
Before you shower, wipe some shaving cream onto your bathroom mirror. It will stop it from fogging up so you won't waste time waiting for the mirror to clear up to start shaving, or have trouble peering through wipe streaks created by your towel.
REMOVE STAINS:
If juice gets spilled on your carpet, put some shaving cream on the spot. Blot the stain, pat it with a wet sponge, squirt some shaving cream on it and then wipe clean with a damp sponge. Use the same technique on your clothes for small stains; shaving cream can remove that spot of breakfast you discovered you're wearing during your once-over in the bathroom.
SILENCE SKEAKY DOORS
A squeaky door hinge can be incredibly annoying. With its ability to seep into nooks and crannies, a little shaving cream on the hinge will cure the problem.
BATH PAINTS
How to make it:
1. squirt some foaming shaving cream in each of the 6 compartments of a muffin tin
2. add food colouring to each one to make whatever colours you want - I did rainbow colours. Mix them up well.
3. give to your kiddo in the tub and let them have a blast!
HAVE A SHAVING CREAM FIGHT
send the kids out armed with a few cans and let them run wild
CLEAN YOUR WINDOWS
streak free shine
SHAVING CREAM BOMB
great safe prank ( not an actual BOMB)

Working in film we use it alot to clean the fake blood off of our hands and it works well so I would assume it would work well to get most types of dye of your hands. This also leads me to think that it would work around your hairline to get dye off after coloring your hair.

Also forgot to mention it works great to help stretch leather shoes/heels. Put it on and where ur shoed for a bit. Same goes for cleats, they end up fitting like they were made just for you! I always fo it to my new soccer cleats. And if u put a good coat on a baseball mitt, put a baseball in it, bind it with a rope and put it in the oven for an hour on low, it creates a perfect pocket to catch the ball!

I like the idea of giving it to the kids in the bathtub, especially with just the trial size. I stopped buying it but they use to go through a whole bottle of the foam soap.
Another idea for fine motor skills, is squirt some foam into a ziploc bag and let the kids squish it around (add a squirt of food coloring and let them mix it in).Last edited by RedEng; Sun, Jun 12th, 2011 at 03:37 PM.

Puffy paint for kids. Mix shaving cream with white glue & a few drops of food colouring, or some tempra paint.

Our little guy has sensory issues so we put a little on the table and get him to smooth it out on the table. Then let him practice his letters and shapes. It is something different for them then just paper and pencil ect. They love it and its easy to clean up
