Hi, I have been having problems with store policies so I wanted to see if I have been the only person. I have received copies of all the store policies that I go to and even though the policy says one thing it never seems to be that way. I have gone into one store 3 times now and each time I go in I am told that the policy is something different. I have spoken to the managers and have been told different things and have even shown them the policies I have (that I received from the storey) and it never seems to work.. Am I the only person having this problem? It is becoming extremely frustrating when I have a plan, go into the store and all of a sudden things get turned around because once again they say the police is something else.
