i just made my appointment for my kitten in the US and her first set of shots is $30, deworm is around $6 and down the road to get her spayed will be $110. And no overnight stay so no boarding fee.

wow, but if she has not had shots, will they let her into the US? I know last time we travelled with cats, they asked to see proof of vaccine

under 6 months they're fine, over 6 months you need proof of rabies.

Ahh that must be why
There is a vet about 45 mins from me with similar prices so I have never looked into going to the US for shots etc
