Woohoo...Dizolve samples for 1.97$

So happy I stood my ground!!! I had gone to WM a few days ago to purchase the dizolve 10-sheet sample packs for 1.97$ with my 2.00$ coupons, but had been refused by my cashier and two others at customer service. Their reasons were that the coupon amount was greater than the purchase price and that the picture showed 32-packs (even if it was stated ANY Dizolve product). I was dissatisfied with the response I got and checked out their coupon policy and then realized they were wrong to not take my coupons. I called one of the managers first thing this morning and explained the situation and that I had reviewed their coupon policy. He told me they should have taken the coupons, and that I could use them. I went to WM with my coupons, and it all started over again at the cash and service desk until the "grumpy" one decided to call the manager and he told her to pass them. She showed the other cashier what to do and then left "pissed off". The remaining cashier told me their managers all say different things, and they get all mixed up. I told her I completely understood that this could be confusing for them, but it was up to the managers to fix the problem because it was also very frustrating to us customers who feel they need to argue with them all the time....and besides it's their STORE POLICY (I'm not the one who came up with it!!). I apologized for any inconvenience and thanked her. So anyways, I got 15 packages of Dizolve, which I only paid taxes for and I'm super excited!! I do plan on getting some more (There must be like 300 + packages left, so plenty for everyone!!)

nice job. When I was at my walmart the other day the women who never gives me a hassle and is so nice told me she would let me through this time with the one coupon per purchess but she cant do it again because they have changed there policies again.Thats fine though If they really try that nonsense with me I will stand my ground just like you did and if I have to do 100 seperate transactions I will lol .Good for you for standing your ground on a policy you knew you were correct about.

Good for you, everytime I go to wm there is a drama. I really wish stores had cashout for ppl useing coupon. If your useing coupon you don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time for someome else couponing and if they had then staffed by ppl that know policy and did'nt look like they were sucking on a lemon.

I found about 20 packages today at my WM in Swift Current, SK; however, about 5 of the packages had already been opened with nothing in them!!! When I went to pay I gave the cashier my coupons and she gladly accepted them; however, the Assistant Manager said I couldn't use the coupons because the picture showed the 32 load not the sample size. I politely stated that the coupon stated I could use it on ANY size of Dizolve. The manager then decided to accept the coupon so I got my Dizolve free. Yeah!!!

I got 6 in 2 different trips. My one Wal-mart doesn't carry them and the other only had about 20. I might try again and see if there are any left. Glad to hear they work good.
