Nope, maybe if you were more descriptive? the rep button is greyed or the actual rep is?

It's when a newbie gives rep to you.. they don't have enough 'rep power' so you get the rep, but your total rep doesn't increase.

Hope that makes sense..

The dot of color that's usually green is just grey, but thanks that makes sense
