Newbie in Need of Help
I'm 19 and moving away to college soon:smartass:. I saw the Extreme Couponing show on TLC and got really excited. I said to myself 'If I could learn how to do this, my life would be so much easier!' :shock: My sister was helping me get started, and I want to get into the big leagues. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could help me out, I know you Extreme Canadian Couponers are out there, my boyfriend saw one of you at Walmart, big binder and all. Please help me if you can, I would seriously appreciate it.:-)

Welcome to SC.
First you have to build up your coupon stack. There are links in the coupon section to sites that have coupons to order and print. Also, watch the freebie section for free stuff from companies and through facebook. Lastly, pay attention to the HOT DEALS thread in the Deals section so you know how to get the biggest bang for your coupon dollars.
Hope that gives you something to start with.

I caution you that "extreme couponing" in Canada is not the same as in the US. I see you live in Ontario, we can't stack coupons here! That equals not as many things for free, but still A LOT of great deals!!!

Welcome to SC! I have a few local coupon swaps that I am lucky to be a part of. We trade coupons, share deals, ask/offer advice, and have a great time! I'm in B.C., somy meetings, may be a bit far, but perhaps you can find a gathering in your area? Good luck!
