I think there is a regular swap. I went to my first one a couple weeks ago (june 5th) and there were lots of people there. I think they meet each time on Sunday mornings at St Vital centre food court before the mall opens. But it has been only 2 weeks since the last swap meet.

I am in for a trade on thursday the 23rd downtown at lunch or around 4pm
Unfortunatly as I have a scheduled lunch I could do 1/2 an hour from 12 til 1230. Or at 4pm downtown either at Winnipeg square or portage place whatever works

It looks like at least 4 of us are interested in a "mini meet" in the Westwood area. Coyote, I think you mentioned the Tim Horton's on Portage as a meeting place, so that sounds decided. I would like to suggest that we do an evening meeting if that works with everyone's availability. Please post the evenings that you are free for next week and we can decide on a date.
