Where in Regina can I use these coupons?

O.K so I have the Cavendish $1 off flavour crisp sweet potato strips coupon and can't find it at Safeway or RCSS.

Royale napkins $1 off not at RCSS, Safeway, Walmart and the Extra Foods by my house doesn't even have napkins of any kind!

I also have Oasis smoothie coupon $1 off and don't know where to find it either...

Last Skinny Cow single cup free coupon... is there anywhere in Regina for this?

I as well saw the Oasis smoothies at Sobey's, they were on their dollar days special. The skinny cow cups I saw were at Coop in the East. I saw the Royal napkins at Walmart East but that was maybe a month or so ago, they weren't right with the papertowel etc. they were with the paper plates and other serviettes. The Cavendish though I haven't seen
