I just read on another thread that Dollarama (somewhere in Ontario) is accepting coupons. No refunds of overages.
I wonder if anyone in Edmonton is going to a Dollarama and wants to try this out. I would but I am sickThis thread is currently associated with: Dollarama

I've asked at the one in Westmount and in Mayfield Common - NOPE, they do not accept coupons at those stores. BUT - that was a few weeks ago that I asked. I will ask again next time I go.

I'm no longer couponing and my dogs have passed away. I can't figure out how to delete my profile. Sorry for the inconvenience.

My sister is going to ask at the City Centre Dollarama. It would be terrific if they did. Can you imagine racking up all that free stuff - without even having to stack or anything? Hmm - I just hope they are not planning to raise their prices again though!

I emailed Dollarama this morning & they got back to me right away saying -
"Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We do accept manufacturer's coupons - provided that these coupons are directly from the manufacturers and that we sell products that are subject to these coupons.
Furthermore, there could be exceptions to this principle in regards to some specific products. "
And I had asked about all Canadian locations! How exciting

Is it safe to use stuff that they sell at Dollarama? I'm hesitated to buy foods, health and beauty items from Dollarama or any dollar stores because they sell it at $1 - $2 and for other reasons. I seen now they're starting to sell brand name products at the store and wondering if they are the same products that sell at supermarket?

I tried at South Common Dollarama the other day as well, but I think having a copy of the email from Dollarama HQ would be helpful. I wasnt willing to argue I just asked and they looked at me all weird and said no!

I tried today at the one I use to work at and I got a no way... then I tried Northgate and same response... its possible it hasnt trickled down from HO to the stores yet... I know it took almost 3 weeks for them to get my employee number when I was hired to actually get my first day at work.

the Dollarama in Fort Saskatchewan now accepts coupons. Staff kind of confused, but they still took them after a little wait.
