I have been noticing alot of topcis on clearance items at various stores. I have located them at SDM and NoFrills, but where might I find these sections at Walmart. I think I have been up and down most aisles ay my local Walmart and I cant seem to find anything. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I may find some of these clearance items.

The only clearance section that I know of in WalMart is cosmetics. Normally, if you go to the back wall of one of the isles in the cosmetic section, it will have clearance items. Also, just roam the isles of cosmetics and look for clearance tags, and do price checks on things. I found a hair dye for $2 that wasn't marked down.
Also, I know at least my local WalMart has one end of an isle near the candles and such that have some clearance items.....but it's just household stuff. Nothing I have ever had a coupon for, but still some good deals. Candles for a couple of bucks, etc.
Rexall is another place that has clearance shelves. At both of my local ones, it's the back corner shelve near the cleaning products.Last edited by leda; Fri, Jun 17th, 2011 at 09:48 AM.

we have 2 WMs and they both do things a little differnt. One of them actually has a shelf or 2 with all the clearance items on them. The other places clearance items at the end of the shelves.

I find at my walmart, clothes on clearance are easy to find... clearance racks & the yellow price sticker.
Diapers and such not so easy... going by another poster, I set out to look for the clearance diapers this week. Found them on a seperate shelf away from the usual diaper aisle and not specially marked... but when I did a price check low and behold they were on clearance. In bath department (for shampoos and such) I usually find them at the end of an aisle.
No frills is usually best for bath products... at the end of an aisle
Sobey's I usually find them all shoved in a shopping cart tucked away and hidden somewhere.Last edited by Tantum; Fri, Jun 17th, 2011 at 09:55 AM.

At the Walmart in Belleville, Ontario the clearence aisles are usually at the ends of the aisles when it comes to the cosmetic sections. I notice them not only for the price but also because the shelves usually looked pretty picked over (messy). That's ok though. I saw some Biore stuff there yesterday for $5.47 and I may go back today with my $2 off coupon. I love Biore!

I have found at Zellers and Walmart that clearance items are usually health and beauty stuff at the end of aisles or on tables that look really messy. As with Sofreespirit, I found very cheap Biore products combined with my coupons.
As well, at Loblaws I cruise the aisles because they sometimes have liquidation stuff. Yesterday, I found an Old Spice deodorant 50% pink stickers that came to $.79 with my coupon. I also found pampers wipes 180 ct for $3.50 with my coupon.
You have to take the time to cruise the aisles and keep your eyes open and your coupons with you because you never know.
