Yes it is, great price even without coupons. They have amazing deals this week, I just got home from shopping. It was the first time my dh ever went to NF and he was amazed at the prices.

i for one wont be checking out no frills, as past experiences with discount grocery stores show me that milk will go bad quickly (due to being left out of the cooler for ages because employees dont care), produce will be of subpar quality (again, due to employees no rotating or taking care of it) and prices will go up after a few months. look at walmart supercentres.. great at first, now prices arent much better than the big chains

At our NF's, they had both, regular & HE Arm & Hammer....I even though I don't have a HE washer machine, I did grab some by mistake....the $1 coupon is for the A&H w Oxy Clean and I was in such of a hurry, and didn't notice....guess I'll just use a bit less in my regular machine...

I always get fantastic cashiers at No Frills. The last one I had was a young girl and I always apologize for holding up the line with so many coupons. She just smiles, says "no worries, I use lots of coupons myself". I thought that was pretty cool to hear the girl say that.
I don't mind putting up with the crazy busy lines when I'm treated well.

shopped at NF's yesterday,
bought a bunch of the arm and hammer laundry detergent $2.00 each minus the $1.00 coupons
also bought some lever 2000 body wash $2.00 each minus the $1.00 coupons
cashier was very impressed I was paying $1.00 a item

The NF I go to is awesome, never had any problems with produce or dairy, it's probably the cleanest grocery store around. Another very clean store here in Edmonton is the new Giant Tiger on 114 ave, very clean, the floors shine. the cashier was great there.
