Mississauga/Brampton/Oakville/Milton/Burlington - Coupon Hunters & Local Deals

Hey All!

I see all these threads popping up here and there about people helping each other out for deals and coupon hunting in their area. My partner and I live in Mississauga and we often search aimlessly through stores looking for coupons and deals and it would be nice if we could all help each other out to make this process a little quicker and more effective.

If you are from Peel or Halton regions, then join this thread and post about coupons you have found or awesome deals you have found (with store name and location).

Hopefully this thread becomes active enough and we ALL benefit from it.

Coupons found:

Metro (on Winston Churchill North of 403) found some Patak coupons ($1 off)

Metro - Clarkson (they always have many of the coupons as they are issued) .50c Chocolate or Banana Nut Cherrios. There were more but that was the only one I picked up.

Is that the Metro on Southdown (north of QEW) or the one on Erin Mills? Cause our Metro used to have lots of coupons but its been lacking. I'd definitely drive down to yours if it means a few more coupons.

It's the Metro on Southdown at Lakeshore (south of the QEW).

I think I'll like this thread :) Live in Milton and work in Clarkson! Can watch for deals/coupons in both areas in one spot!! :) TY!

The SDM in the same plaza hardly ever has coupons :(

The two stores we visit are more to the North (we live in Streetsville) but the Metro on Winston Churchill (South of 401) and the Sobey's on 10th Line (North of 403) are usually the only 2 stores we check for coupons. We have tried many others but always come out with nothing.

I hope this thread fills up with all of us from the Peel/Halton region. I love coupon and deal shopping and if this helps us all out we all win :).

I go to the Southdown Metro a few times a week and I have only ever seen a tear pad once lol Maybe I am going at the wrong time of day :)

The southdown Metro has a pallet of Chocolate Cheerios as of 2:00 pm today :)

Really? I was there this morning (getting my cherrios :smile:) and saw many tearpads as I scanned the isles. Maybe I just a luck of the draw.

They were definately prepared. The cashier told me this morning that she had A LOT of customers through already for the Cherrios. There were 3 of us in her line and all of us had them. :cool:

I'm glad they were prepared. The Heartland Wal-Mart were completely out of them this morning. Which isn't a shocker because this store is always out of stuff when it happens to be on sale or when a good coupon is available.

I'll be going after work to pick my cereal up, so I will do an aisle check for coupons and check back. I have had zero luck in tead pads these past few months! Thanks for the update, hopefully I can score a few!

I was thinking that I was the only one not having luck! I always go to that Metro and the past couple months I have had almost no luck on the tear pads.

Well I was there right after work - thank goodness I called because they had NONE left!!! They were nice and had put aside 3 for me with my name on it at customer service lol So I got my box and used my Metro coupon for B1G1 free ice cream and paid $4.37 for 3 boxes of cheerios and 2 frozen yogurts. I usually hate Metro because they are so overpriced but today was a good day :)
