Double Coupons Days at Pharmasave June 27 & 28

Hi kissmymapleleaf I called the store in the plaza with freshco they didn't know anything about it and gave me their main office in bellevilles number to call and they are the ones that told me.

I wrote in asking a few questions, heres the response to the double coupon days:

"We did run a system wide double coupon event back in February. The stores that ran a flyer that week did participate in it. Currently, our Central region (Manitoba & Saskatchewan) is running a double coupon event in their region only. We are considering repeating this event system wide in the future. However, I am unable to share with you what our up-coming promotions are before the flyer is printed and distributed to our customers. I would suggest that you sign up to receive eflyers from either one of your preferred stores so you will get an email from Pharmasave when your store is running a flyer. That way you won’t miss any of our exciting promotional events."



Also found out the stores dont run a flyer every week and thats why some locations dont have a flyer on their website, because they dont have one that week.

I see that not all Pharmasaves are doing the "double coupon days". It's sad to hear that, but for those that have their local Pharmasave doing so, I have asked some questions to clear the air with my Saskatoon Store, and which they said all other pharmasaves follow with as well:
-They will take any coupon with a bar code and expiry date.
-If an item is 1.99 and you have save $2, they will adjust that .01c off to putting the coupon to save 1.99
-no coupon stacking otherwise stated clearly on the coupon saying "one coupon per purchase"
-And as the manager said...."HAVE FUN COUPONING!"

The lady I spoke with was very friendly and stated it was appreciative to call in ahead to get these things straightened out so "us"---couponers do not get frustrated at the cashiers who ARE coupon confused!

I simply don't understand how they can opt out. I have read the flyer back to front and nowhere does it say "at select locations", or "may not be available in all areas" etc. All I can say is go to Oakbank, I have never been yet, but posts on an older thread about double coupon day mention having had successful shopping trips there.

I used to love Pharmasave when we lived in Ontario. Moving around a lot made it difficult to keep up with the stores. Considering the Oakbank thing but not this time around as it falls the day before our payday.. lol 45 mins drive. Ouch.

does anyone know if pharmasave is open late ..i have about a 90 minute drive and does double couponing apply to anything in the store.I have never been to one before and i think i might go....IF my coupons arrive by mail on Tuesday which is giving me coupon anxiety. Heres hoping i go and sorry to the ones that dont have this event!!!!
