i think a number of ways you can. Those who are talking about getting 70$+ on a gift card have just been adding money to it everytime that they have overages from purchases. As to aquiring all the coupons to do this, i would assume it is mostly from collecting p&g and other inserts or trading. I haven't found many overage deals at my wal mart anyways

Yeah, if I really think about it, it wouldnt be hard to do. I just always apply the overage to purchase of other items so I never really think about it all that much, but if I didnt purchase anything else, it would definitely be up there!

Yes that's all I do, I just keep adding to my card bit by bit. It does add up quickly.

Great idea - i usually use my overages for buying fruit )and stuff i can not find coupons.

Thanks, I do that as well at times but thought this is found money and If I can save enough doing this way I can say that coupons purchased me a new Tv or an Ipad LOL

wow, this is amazing! I'd like to try it out! hmm.. I'd personally be a little nervous though. I agree with not going in with a huge amount of coupons as well, but I would still be a little nervous, seeing as it would be my first time. Any tips or advice that you could share to ease my nerves? thanks, I would really appreciate it! <3

I just go in and say i love how nice this walmart treats me and how coupon friendly you are and thats why I want the money on the gift card as i for sure want to spend the money here at your store on a bigger purchase for my DD.

WOW... How do you get so much overage? What have you purchased to get $79? I love the gift card idea... however the most overage I received I used towards a box of cereal... not too exciting!!!!!

the gift card could also be given as a gift for a birthday or whatever once it reaches a certain $ value!

Just remember the overages has to be over $5.00 and you can add to an existing card and just keep accumulating.

Awesome some walmarts don't know how to add onto existing card, FYI it can be done and if Cashier doesn't know get manager. As long as it's over 5.00 they can add on. Hmmm can I save enough to get a 3D tv from walmart LOL
