I went to Metro and gave them my printed coupon for a free cup of Skinny Cow (the one that has been posted on SC) and they didn't accept it. Can someone tell me which stores accept/reject printed coupons? (No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zellers, Walmart). Thanks!

I had the same rejection and the coupon clerk stationed by the selfserve machines had very politely informed me that they only accept metro prints as well as manufac. coupons. Did not think of calling to dispute. WM here in Toronto Ont. as well as SDM , Pharmasave, NF, Highlandfarms to name a few have accepted printables provided they meet all the normal requirements.I will generally call in advance - speak to customer service -advise of my intentions -ask for the rep's name & if accepted head out to shop. I hope this info. helps

i had the similar experience while redeeming my coupon for skinny cow at Loblaws. I had to explain to the cashier it was a printed coupon but not a photocopy, otherwise my name would not had appear on the coupon.

It's Metro's policy to only accept their own printable coupons from their website or FB fanpage. You can try using your free coupon at Sobey's or Walmart. I had no issues using mine at Sobey's

I used my skinny cow coupon at Metro no problem and I even used it at the same time with their free BBQ sauce coupon. So I got 2 thing for free and was never questioned. I don't know if it makes a difference but mine was printed in colour. Anyways, that sucks that they didn't take it. They need to develop a way that printed coupons are equal to mailed out coupons. One thing that I was told at SDM one time was not to cut out the coupons I print because they want to see the website you printed them from so to just present the entire sheet...maybe that will help and you can print in black and white she said

Metro's official policy is that they do not accept printed coupons with the exception of their FB one and Airmiles BP coupons
officially, Sobeys, FreshCo, and Food Basics do not also
