If I'm buying three of the gillette shaving creams and it totals to about 3.50, should I get the dollar after tax towards the rest of my items?

only if you shop at walmart. And apparently it depends on the walmart. Most will give you overage but I hear about the odd store here and there that won't do it as there is no "official policy" just an "official guideline"... but most walmarts will give you the overage.

I used the save $5 WUB3 at Dollarama and the total including tax for three bottle of shave gel (Series, the top of the line stuff) was $5.09! So it only cost me nine cents for all three.
