So I emailed Chapmans requesting a coupon a few weeks ago, I had read on this site that you were allowed to this once a year. I never got a confirmation email, do they usually send one, or do the coupons just appear in your mailbox?

The coupon will just show up. Mine took forever, 6 weeks!

I did get a confirmation email, but then the strike happened so I haven't received it.

Hi I sent them an email and all I got was one the next day that said thank you and that was it.

Do you all email them on their website under "Contact Us" and do you include your address in the email for them to send you the coupon?

took three months to arrive and I never got an email reply! Just hang in there, it'll show up.
