Lysol MIR, ive seen them for 9.99$ if i use my 5$ to purchase it and then do the mail in rebate for the 9.99$ would that work?? that means i would be getting back 5$... so it would make me 5 $ am i right?

If you buy other thing during the same transaction and you have a 5$ coupons, I don't think they can prove that the 5$ was for the lysol. So they will have to refund you the total amount.

You would have to buy a refill at the same time. Did you see the printable MIR? it's shown on the form. Someone posted the link - deals forum I think. Maybe it was in the PC plus thread because it's got 5000 bonus pc points this week and is also on sale for 9.99
