Has anyone else tried it? I got shampoo and conditioner a few weeks back for a good deal with my coupons. I've only tried the conditioner so far but I'm not crazy about it. It left my hair feeling... weird? Just not as soft as others do.

I've only used the shampoo and feel the same, as if I have to use my regular shampoo to wash it out. I also notice that my hair is messier afterwards. Usually, my hair is smooth and shiny, but using this shampoo, I have to grab the hairbrush when I pass the mirror. It's not going to be a favourite.

I found that the conditioner was left in my hair, even though it was thoroughly rinsed out. Afterwards my head was itchy and when scratching it i noticed the white conditioner residue in my fingernails. Not too happy with this product, even though it was dirt cheap

OK, glad I'm not the only one! I won't even finish the bottle, I dislike it that much

I bought it once on sale as well, and found my hair was like "greasy" later on the same day!
I do sometimes over condition becuase I have long hair, but I also spend more time rinsing.
Also glad to know it wasn't just me! I won't buy it again, or at least for a long time lol.
Loreal Expertisse has done me VERY well coupon wise, and I have been more than happy with my hair!

I didn't have any of the problems I've seen here. I really liked the smell. However, when I rinsed the conditioner out, I felt like my hair was still "squeaky clean"...

I've used a couple of bottles. Noticed at first my hair felt 'different'. After two bottles of shampoo and conditioner, hair is soft and managable.
