I have heard a lot of you have had hassles using coupons at rexall. Does anyone know if they accept a manufacturer coupon ( that does not say cannot be used with another coupon) along with one of their couons? I am looking at shopping at the rexall off 137th by timmies.

I had the same question. I called my local Rexall in Ontario and she said that you can always use a store coupon(booklet) plus a manufacture coupon for a purchase. They accept printable coupons at my rexall as long it goes by the rules.(can manuf coup, exp date, reimbursement address) I used a ton of coupons together the other day at rexall and hit it big. They have small packs of stayfree for $1.99 and there is a coupon for $2.00 off any regular priced products!! yay! Also they have a great clearance rack!! I hope your Rexall is as nice as mine.

I have 2 location within 10 minutes of each other. One will NOT accept mfg coupons with in-store, the other does no problem. I called the manager of each store before to check, and there does not seem to be a store-wide policy, it's up to the individual manager. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I have found in my area.

i was told by my Rexall manager that you can ONLY use a manufacturer coupon can't any other coupon with it. I asked how come? As long as it's through different source with different code it should be fine she said that let's say you wanna use a mfct. coupon from P & G/SC/RP along with a internet printed coupon, the internet coupon is considered as a mnf. coupon also (basically all coupons are mnft. to them then?) so only one coupon does that make sense to anyone? Didn't to me so I never purchase anything from them.

It makes no sense, especially when this latest round of coupons has notations in the booklet along the lines of 'combine with the P&G brandsaver and save even more!'. The in-store coupons are really Rexall's way of offering a sale price that is a little more effort for the consumer Mind you, I haven't tried this yet and so far, my Rexall has been great with coupons. I'll be testing it out this week.

Oh, and the manager at the store which allowed in-store and mfg said the only coupons NOT accepted would be any one that said "cannot be combined with other offers".

Most of the brandsaver coupons have that wording don't they? Our Rexall did just what their store coupon said: stacked it with our brandsaver coupons for a great deal. No question, no eyebrows raised, no hassles.

I went to Rexall today, the manager would only accept P&G coupons with rexall coupons from the booklet that said "P&G Brandsaver item" on the coupon. Kind of frustrating.

Just got back from Rexall @ 200 Rideau St. in Ottawa - They have no problem "stacking" the store coupon book with the P&G Brandsaver coupons! I asked first & the woman at the cash was very friendly and helpful!

If in doubt, ask the cashier/manager at the Rexall/PharmaPlus store before you start shopping. The three or four stores I shop at in Toronto allow combining MFG coupons and store coupons but I usually check each time just to avoid embarassment.

I have called the head office inquiring about their corporate coupon policy, and the answer I got was that they do not have a corporate coupon policy. What that means is that each store deals with coupons as they see fit. I'm in London, and the main Rexall I used to go to (which I won't step foot in now), doesn't allow store + manufacturer coupons. I have had ongoing issues with them, so I have given up. The Rexall in Hyde Park seems to be better with coupons, but I have only shopped there once, and I don't know if they accept man. and store coupons. I might stop in today to pick up a few deals, so we'll see!

I live in Petawawa, the local Rexall is great with coupons so far, they took one along with their booklet coupon. I'm going there again today so it'll be my third day in a row. I keep getting home and checking my flyer and my coupon folder and keep finding another great deal.

Just had a 20 min conversation with the Manager of Rexal at International Village in Vancouver. They all make up their own policies, and aren't happy to even allow coupons with sales, cause he calls it a double discount. Grrrrr! He just thinks we get it all for free, and because he sees coupons instead of cash in the register, he thinks he is just giving it away. Corporate gets all the reimbursement, so the store doesn't see any of it, so this location is not very nice at all with couponers.
