Finally - after 5 walmarts

So the follow up to my other thread (Brag and Rant about walmart posting stuff in flyers).

After I was told by one store early this morning that they would have to get back to me in a few days (reguarding the correction notice on the walmart site). I decided to go to the one by my work (as another SC'er said they had no problem).

All in all 21 cans of Gillette Satin Care for FREE just had to pay HST = $4.10

FINALLY after going to 4 different walmarts over the last few days on 5 different occasions.

Was it all worth it (the gas lost, the time spent driving, my wasted energy)....the aggrevation with store managers?????

I hear ya! Took me 3 days and I ended up with 8! Thank goodness I live close to WalMart, a lot of work for shaving cream!

at a 1.88 each *no coupon* worth it to me.... but i do have the 1.00off coupie..

The walmart here won't accept the coupon... for trial size...

They don't have any bonus size in stock; the ones that are in the flyer for $1.88, so instead, you get the regular size for $1.50 but you need to bring in the correction notice as it seems that no WalMarts are aware of this! And with $1 coupons or $5 wub3, makes for an even better deal!

Rouge magazine had coupons for $1.50 off Satin Care so it is FREE. I got 16 this morning but I had to give them my print out of their Walmart correction notice. No big deal, I anticipated a problem so had a few copies.

I got a rain check for the product at that price. So im going to assume that they are going to honor my rain check and give me the right size right???????///lol
