6 x Nexxus = overages for me :)

Walmart in Queensborough has some Nexxus shampoos! I took 6 of about 15 and got overages put on a Walmart gift card. Someone (guccigoo?) suggested this as a way to save for Christmas and I think that's a fantastic idea! I've got about $5 so far...hopefully by Christmas I'll have enough saved up for something nice

I was going to go back and get some Gillette shave gel for myself but they weren't too cool about the overages so I think I'll head back in the morning and try my luck with different staff.

They moved everything around. The Nexxus products are at the other end of the aisle now, but the 2.00 ones are now in the travel size section.

I have never found the Nexxus coupons... too sad for me!!! Great idea for the overage to use towards GC. Actually, I don't know if I've ever had an overage but when I do... I'm getting a GC!!!! Thanks for the great idea!!!!!! Thumbs Up!!!!

That's a great idea! My WM won't accept coupons for trial sizes, but i'm going to visit my mom and sis soon, and that WM does. I may just try that!

What a great idea about the gift card. I hope you don't mind if I post it to my couponing group. I found some Nexxus the other day at Lougheed Conditioner only though and they still have it with the full sized bottles. If they are giving you a hassle about the overages, you can always pull out your handy dandy copy of the their policy.

Here's the thing about the gift card though...they can't/won't (she said cant) do it for an amount under $5. My overage was $4.58 so I kicked in $0.42 to bring it up to $5. I went back today to get some Gillette shave gel and the overage was $0.06. I just took the coins back.
