It was a 2/$4 on the Royale napkins ad if I recall correctly. I'm not sure if I saw it on the weekly deals blog (took a quick look at the can't find it on there) or in a flier.

I'm in Montreal -- could have been a local flier but not sure. I thought it was in the Provigo flier but couldn't find it when I went back to look.
