Hi everyone!
I just had a couple of questions. . .
Where can I fill the ait in my tires for free? (I am in the university area)
How can I get flyers in an apartment building? (Do they come in a newspaper on a certain day?)
Where is a good place to work out with babysitting and a good personal trainer?
I think that's it!
Thanks everyone!

http://www.ironfit.ca/. For a personal trainer. I had Markcome to my house once a week during my pregnancy and loved him!!! I know spa lady babysits I think also Terwilliger rec center will babysit for 2 hours for $6.50 while you work out or they have a strollercize class (which I am in pain from today)

Thanks so much MrsJen. I haven't checked out the Rec Centre yet, but will soon! I have also contacted Ironfit--I hope it works out! How much should I be prepared to pay? I have no idea what trainers go for these days! And, how old is your bundle of joy?

My daughter is 3 1/2 months. Wow already. Lol I am pretty sure it was $60 an hour and he cMe an hour a week. He would bug me during the week though to keep me motivated. He really knows what he's talking about too, not just some guy off the street, he actually has like a certification from the government and stuff. Gl! How old is your lo?

It's crazy how fast time goes by, isn't it? Try moving across the country in there too!
I never know where I am! And now it doesn't get dark until 11pm . . .my three year old refuses to go to bed until the sun goes to sleep!

Canadian Tire, Superstore for the free money and safeway for the safeway. When gas is going up there is an Esso by my house that always holds out a little longer so I save and get aeroplan miles!

I almost always fill at Costco. If not there, then I go to Canadian Tire.

I get flyers once a week from Flyer Force from my lobby. I'm off Whyte and 101 st (a bit east of you). Maybe give them a call.
