During this weeks bonus event at Shoppers I've noticed a lot of people were getting the Physician's Formula Serum and the mascara to get the extra points wub $20 or more and saying that they were mailing them in for full rebate. I'm now looking at the mail in rebate form and it says only one rebate per household. So can I only send a rebate for one of them if I got both or can I send both in the same envelope???

I think so. The last time each one was sent to a different address.

1 rebate per qualifying UPC ...I've sent for more than 1 (diff upcs) and have received all my rebates.

    More info in Lexie7's thread:

Also (as carlyincanada said) u can send photocopy of receipt with an explanatory note if all purchases are on same receipt (see post #36).

I believe its' not one UPC per household. It's one rebate form per household. Each rebate form has several qualifying UPC, and each household you could apply for one UPC on the list.

The serum and mascara are from two different rebate form that's why so many people are doing that.

Check your UPCs carefully against the current round of MIRs...I bought a product with the pink "MIR" sticker only to find out it was from the 2010 round of MIRs (my fault, should have double checked). Oh well, its awesome mascara and I still got the bonus points.

I almost did that before but thankfully tore open the pink sticker to read it before seeing the 2010 date... otherwise I would not have been a happy camper!

I've participated in multiple PF MIRs (current & past). Only time I was denied was on a bonus pack.

Is it on this year's form? I read that people did that for last year's MIR and it was ok but it was not allowed this year?

If it's allowed I'm so going to get another eye liner.....
