hmm I tried this with another offer only it was web technical problems they were having with their site and they basically told me that there was nothing they could do.

Maybe they have had too many complaints in the past and decided to change their tune?

Well you can try again, they emailed me this morning, so they haven't really changed anything up.

This was their exact words,

"We would like to offer you coupons valid on a variety of our products for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please provide your full mailing address and we will be pleased to mail these out to you."

The problem is for that security code you need to use Internet Explorer or Safari or it will not work (google chrome and firefox don't tend to work with security codes) all my fans on my fanpage were having issues then switched over to IE like I told them to and all of them were able to get past the security code just for future reference try using IE instead of other internet browsers
