Question about Walmart Gillette Sets

I see some sets on sale this week at Walmart and not sure how everyone is using their $5.00 off coupons. I am still new at figuring out what coupons to use where lol.

So, for example, there is a Gillette pack with a Bonus Razor for $3.97, do I buy three then use my $5.00 off coupon or

there is a set with 3 shave creams and a bonus razor, can I use one coupon for that?

I am confused how to get the better deal.

You are able to use this coupon for the purchase of any (3) Gillette Products regardless of what the sum of all those products equals -OR- you are able to purchase any (1) Gift Set if the value is greater than $10.

That's what I thought, but the wording is tricky, I wasn't sure if they were saying that the 3 items must sum up to $10, as well as the gift set. Wondering if anyone has had issues disputing that at the till?

Yesterday I bought 2 $6 giftpacks and 1 $1.50 shaving cream, paid about $8.50 for it all and they didn't give me any problem with the coupon

Thanks for the feedback. I was unsure about what they considered a gift set as opposed to a bonus set. My hubby loves the razors so I hope to pick up a few tonight.

I bought 6 travel size shaving creams for 1.23 each and used 2 coupons. I had an overage of 2.62 which went towards a body spray(sale 2$) my daughter wanted and the rest went towards the rest of my purchase.

I did this today bought the 3 cream with razor package deal for $6 and then 2 trial travel size creams for %1.27 each used -$5.00 no problems
