Was in Metro today and saw this nice offer. Buy 5 cases of Nestle bottled water (in various case configurations), and Nestle will mail you a $10 GC. Info is on the plastic case. So I picked up 5 cases.
I did see this at Metro but I'm thinking it's available at other stores.
