I was at wlamart this evening wanted to use a printable at home coupon and was told that there was a new store policy stipulating them only to except 1 coupon printed at home.
But she did allow me to use the coupons individually rather then all at once using my overage towards my entire bill.
I am thoroughly confused as to what the difference is??
In the end I was still given the 2.10 overage.

I was told at Walmart to not cut out printable coupons, to leave them on the full sheet so they can see that it has been printed and not photocopied

I was told the same thing...leave the coupon whole so they can see the printing info...although some coupons don't print the info along the bottom...I have never had an issue using more than one at a time....I think the policy is very fluid right now as they try and figure things out with the influx of coupons they are getting...I wish they would just post their policy on their website like they do on the US website...
