Did my 20x SDM shop today at 3 different stores in downtown Montreal.
12 Multibionta, 8.99, less $10 coupons, all went in at 8.99
3 La Roche-Posay kits, 5.00, used $5 coupons
10 Sidekicks, .99
Curling iron, 27.99
2 Quo nail polish remover, 2.99
1 Herbal Essence heat protector, 2.99
Hair clip thing, 5.99
8 Coke, 1.99
OOP 78.73
Total Points 38760 worth 81.60 on bonus redemption day.
I forgot my coupon policy at the first store and when I went back, cashier had to go in garbage to get it. She ripped it up. Went to Forever 21 and asked if I could use their scotch tape so I could tape coupon policy back up, so I could use at my next SDM stop. LOL LOL LOL

$78 x 10 x 20 = 15600
how did you come up with 38760, since "Shoppers Optimum Points are awarded based on net (purchase price less discounts) pre-tax purchases"
thanx

I asked them at SDM about getting the points before giving the coupons at the subtotal stage. They told me it doesn't matter since the computer will award the points based on the total.. not at the sub-total stage. This isn't true????? I've never tried a 20x day yet!!!

No it is not true...ask most SC'ers and they will tell you that it is based on the subtotal before coupons and ask most SDM'ers and they will tell you that it is based on the total after coupons!!
If it wil make you more comfortable, look through the 20X brags on here and read about everyone's shopping experiences. You will find the strategies (look for items that have bonus points to maximize your shop)and pitfalls (avoid FPC's in your shops...until you graduate to First Class Optimum Shopper!!).
Ask questions and everyone here is more then eager to share their SDM tips!!
