Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) by McKellar and Optimum

Just learned today that unless you have your card for optimum points at the time of transaction, this location will not give you your points after the fact. Even if you forgot or they didn't ask you for it.
As far as I know the other stores have a 7 day policy if you bring in your receipt to the store where you made the purchase.

I haven't gone to that location but had no problems at other ones. If I've forgotten my card they've always said just bring in the receipt later and get your points. I rarely forget my card anymore though. Maybe send off a friendly email to head office, they're usually really nice about these kind of things and will probably help you out.

Very good to know, and it's odd because the ones I go to (mostly Grandview Mall, sometimes John&Memorial, rarely the McIntyre Plaza one) are always very good about it.
