FPCs fall into the "other coupons" category. Taxes are not supposed to be charged.

Tonight i just got some La Roche&Posay kits and the first cashier didnt know what to punch in and she punched in 2001 and it charged me tax, then the other cashier figured it out and she punched in 2002 and there was no tax.

in ontaario, you legally can't be charged tax on a free item. if that is happening with the 2002, then complain to them
