Yup.
Some deals are close to Food Basics type prices.
Cascades has a $1 tear pad coupon too.
The organic/natural detergents and dish liquids are a half decent price for people with allergies.
The Nature's Path cereal is an o.k. price too.

Metro is officially advertsing the FREE GM cereal Beach Towels in their flyer ..so they should have them in stock @ most locations I guess :)

Anyways I got mine @ Freshco on sale for $ 3.00 ...cool free towel + cereal for only $ 3.00 ..great deal @ Freshco .
