Visiting and looking for info

Hi everyone,
I am going to be in Halifax in about a week and was wondering if anyone knows places/websites I can get deals on Museum passes, restaurants, etc...

It is myself, my husband and my 8yr old son. They both LOVE science and history, so museums, historic sites and science center are on our list to visit.

Any tips or help would be much appreciated!

Hi Ruthie! Welcome! I don't know where you can get passes but I do know that on Tuesday evenings the Maritime Miseum of the Atlantic is free after 5pm and on Wednesdays the Museum of Natural History is free after 5pm. I know it's not until next week but that's all I know for discounts for there.

Thanks...we are actually spending the night on a Tuesday...so that's great news, as I am sure we will go to the Museum of the Atlantic!
We are usually do day trips to Halifax (I live in Moncton,NB), but my son has never stayed in a hotel before, so we are going overnight on our way through Halifax this time!

I'm not sure about deals, but if you like Sciencey stuff, there is the Discovery Center on Barrington Street.
