The offer credited for me right away, maybe it's a bit finicky.
There is also an offer in "EZ Coins" to join Badoo. Need to confirm your email address and get 7 coins. I (among others) have done this one successfully.
There are "Daily Surveys" you can try, most do not pay well, but there is one for 12 coins (equivalent to roughly 60SB or 60SP). I have never qualified for one though.

Okay - so this is like a denial of service attach - the site is just frozen - any ideas how to enter codes given this situation?
Ah fountain page - it finally came up and it finally submitted.
Okay tried one survey and it worked (wasn't DQd) but it was definitely a lot of time for 8 coins.

Got it too.. on a roll this week with codes.. got most of them
I just do the polls now. Sometimes I don't even bother to enter the codes because the site is soooo slow!
